As we celebrate National Poetry Month 2012, it is a pleasure to reprint Jeff Mahoney's splendid article in praise of poetry from The Hamilton Spectator, 21 December 2011. A towering poetic achievement honours TPS Founding Member Jean McCallion at a significant time in the history of the Tower Poetry Society,
for 2011 was the Society's 60th anniversary year.
