ART Walk is an annual collaboration between Tower poets and local Carnegie Gallery artists as one of the many Arts Dundas festivities in early November. The Carnegie Gallery initiated this project in the early 1990s as a means of extending art and poetry into community life.

The annual ArtWALK collaboration begins early in the autumn when Tower poets seek inspiration from artworks on exhibit in the Carnegie Gallery in downtown Dundas, Ontario, with the objective of creating new poetry. During Arts Dundas Week, the resulting paired poems and art are on display in storefront windows along King St. West for public enjoyment. A guided tour of the ART Walk is hosted by two poets on the final day of the Arts Dundas celebrations.
The tour is followed by a poetry reading, complete with refreshments, in the Carnegie Gallery (10 King St. West, Dundas) at which Tower poets share selections of their poetry with the public.
Both events are free and open to the public.
